Warranty

A-1 Auto Parts is a distributor of aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts. We have proudly been providing our service for 30 years, continuously improving the level of service to our customers while providing a professional working environment with the latest technology available. Our customers know that we stand behind our products and if there is ever a problem please notify us and the situation will be quickly resolved. Orders are received in one of 4 ways: online, by phone, by fax and or by email. Orders are then picked and inspected to ensure that they are correct and damage free. An invoice is then made, if in the local area they will be delivered on the same day if the order has met the cut off time (11:30am). Any orders after the morning cut off time are then delivered the following morning, uless otherwise stated. We are into recycling; let our staff know if you have used bumpers. We can pick them up at no extra charge as we send them out to be recycled. We provide a variety of aftermarket parts for almost all makes and models of vehicles.

Return Policy

For all returns, defective and warranties or exchanges, we require a copy of your invoice and the packaging that the part was delivered in. Contact our staff prior to sending back your item to discuss the details of the situation. Once returned and inspected a credit will then be issued.

Warranty

We At A-1 Auto Parts LTD. offer a limited lifetime warranty on replacement products such as bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles and other automotive and truck replacement parts. Radiators are also lifetime to the vehicle's original owner. Accessories carry the full factory warranty from date of purchase.

A-1 Auto Parts guarantees its parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed and only when installed in accordance with accepted industry standards.

This warranty includes perforation (metal rust-through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure should occur, or a metal part develops perforation, simply provide proof of purchase to your place of purchase or the business that installed the part and a new part will be provided without charge.

1 Year Warranty

We offer a 3 year warranty on all gas tanks and condensers.

3 Year Warranty

We offer a 1 year warranty on chrome bumpers. This also applies to those parts, such as door handles, cooling fan motors and hydraulic struts which are, by nature, subject to varying degrees of use and wear.

What Is Covered

This warranty does not cover labour and other incidental costs involved in installation. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to any product failure or rust-through resulting from: 1) Accident damage; 2) Improper installation; 3) Damages during shipping; 4) Misuse, abuse or alterations in any manner; 5) Installation without proper undercoating, sealing, or painting; 6) Rust due to over-tightening of the bolts on chrome bumpers resulting in cracked chrome around the bolt holes. These bumpers must be installed by hand to torque specifications.

CAPA (Certified Auto Parts Association) is the only North American, industry recognized quality standard and A1 is a registered distributor of certified parts. CAPA establishes standards for replacement parts to insure their consistent quality. This certification program applies to parts such as hoods, doors, bumper covers, header panels, lights, etc. Each CAPA part is clearly identified on the package, and the part bears a CAPA Quality Seal to show that it has passed the CAPA certification process. Each year our company introduces many new CAPA approved crash parts whcih are subject to availability.
